disappointed customer - L'Oreal Frost and glow

I always buy my hair products from L'Oreal ; however this time I was absolutely disappointed with the L'Oreal Frost an Glow. I was aiming for a light blonde/ caramel color like what the box promised and instead I now have brassy streaks throughout my head. I look like a freak! Not only did the color turn out horrible but it also made my hair very very veryyyy dry and it took forever to brush out all the knots! This product was not worth $15.99!!! I want a full refund or else I refuse to ever purchase another L'Oreal product again
