  • Loreal Visible Lift Foundation

    I purchase this product all the time. Last couple of times purchase the new bottle. While the pump is a good idea when you get to the bottom, the pump does not work well. Leaves at least 1/4 of the foundation in the bottom. Therefore, you either have to fish out the last of the foundation or purchase a new bottle. As a hard working woman I just can't afford to purchase a product that only gives me 3/4 of what I pay for. Please fix the problem.   • BB Cream color inconsistent

    I'm a loyal user of the L'Oreal Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream in "light" (since there are only a few colors). I use it enough that I run out often, and went to CVS for a replacement and it was a completely different color. I had one cheek done in the old tube and the other in the new tube and it was several shades darker and more orange. Consistency is a mark of quality control, so what happened? More...

    I use many of your products,ie,professtional hair color, and make up..I love all of the products and have used them for years. My question is, why did you discontinue the lipstick shade # 844?   • Large skin rash.

    My doctor advised me to use on a daily basis a SPF moisturising cream on my face as I'm very fair skinned. For over 2 years I've used 'Simple' SPF 15 without any problems. I then discovered your L'Oreal Revitalift SPF 30 which appeared to offer more protection. I purchased a 50ml jar (Batch number .28K300) but after 2 or 3 applications a large red rash appeared on the applied area.   • Sublime Bronze Self Tan Mousse - Broken Pump / Will not mousse up

    I'm a real fan of the L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Gel so when I seen the new mousse version on the shelves at my local Sainsbury's I decided to try it out with great expectations. However, having read the instructions on "shaking well before use" I was really disappointed to find that the liquid failed to 'mousse up'.     I have been using L'oreal lip color # 710 for several years. I recently went to get 2 more tubes and L'oreal no longer has this color.     I have used your true match blush for many, many years. I have yet to use this product that the case doesn't break at the connection in the back. The pin comes out and the lid is loose. I keep thinking that this case will be made better, but doesn't happen. Originally, I thought it was due to travelling and getting banged up inside the luggage.   • Problem with L'Oreal hair Care Packaging

    L' Oreal Hair Care line, I love your hair products but am frustrated with the packaging.Many of your shampoo and conditioners are in "squeeze" style tubes.These tubes never maintain their shape after the first few uses. they are mis-shaped and no longer stand on its cap base.     Just a note of warning, The new Laser X 3 Revitalift face cream caused me to have an allergic reaction, making my eyes puffy anf breaking my skin out in red blotches. I very rarely have reactions unless there is some shellfish related substance in the product. As L'Oreal Australia does not have a contact e-mail for complaints via their website, I am using this forum to warn other potential customers who may have sensitive skin.A refund for this product would be much appreciated from the company!!!   • loreal youth code luminosity

    I am just very annoyed as i just spent $35 on a bottle of the youth code luminosity serum and as i took it from my sealed packaging i found the bottle inside completely snapped at the top. I am unable to use the pump and plastic has gone into the serum. I just dont understand how this could happen since it was in a sealed packaging so its therefore not the store i bought it from its the supplier. More...
