  • Preference Superior Hair Colour Conditioner Missing



    Hi, I started colouring my hair, Loreal Superior Preference 9.1 Viking Light Ash Blonde, and had the hair colour mixed and then I proceeded to get the conditioner ready for the rinsing it was not in the package. I was very disappointing to think I have paid for an item which was missing in a sealed box. Disappointing because the conditioner is usually very good, I was lucky that I did have some conditioner from a previous colour available. Has anyone else had this happen to them. More...
