CVS purchase - L'Oreal Eye liner

As much as I love the L'Oréal liquid eye liner 710, I will not purchase it anymore. I have complained about the cap before and this problem still happens. When I pull the liner out, the entire cap comes off and all of the liner liquid comes out at once, there is no way to keep it from happening. I purchase at CVS and usually 2 at a time as only a few stores carry this and the other time I purchased it at Walmart, it happened again. No amount of coupons can correct the problem so sadly I will be looking for a new product. Sadly this is NOT the stores fault and I thought L'Oréal was suppose to be a better product than what has been professed.
